I started as an electrical apprentice over 24 years ago and 4 years later I transitioned into running complete installation projects for Coca-Cola and Pepsi eventually transitioning into a maintenance role to have more family time. I have worked as a maintenance and automation tech for Pepsi, International Paper, Kellogg’s Snacks, and Kimberly-Clark during this time.
Over the past 8 years, I created a very popular YouTibe channel that helps others learn how to program PLC controls such as ladder logic, sequential function chart, function block, and structured text.

Drive Programming
VFD setup programming and support for any Allen-Bradley or ABB drive systems. All Allen-Bradley VFDs, ACS 800, ACS880, or the medium voltage ACS 2000.
Optimize Machine Uptime
Find low-cost ways to improve the uptime of manufacturing machines while reducing downtime by using a certain fault handling method to find the opportunities in the machine and then fixing them for the best result.
HMI Programming
Programming HMI controls using FactoryTalk View Site Edition or Machine Edition along with FactoryTalk Optix.

By always doing whatever it takes to complete a task no matter how big or how small, I have learned the importance of continuous improvement so I invest more into my own education than I do on anything else. As odd as it may seem, my hobbies is PLC and HMI programming, if you have seen any of my YouTube videos then you can probably tell that.
What I enjoy the most is helping people.
